I oversee all the domestic manufacturing, facilities management and the maintenance department. I coordinate all of the manufacturing functions. Sales orders come in, and I have to expedite, based on the schedule, and make sure all orders are ready for shipment. I came to the company 29 years ago, working in the warehouse as a material handler, forklift operator. I pulled stock and loaded trucks. I moved from there to shipping clerk, then to receiving, then supervisor. I worked in scheduling and logistics, and then became operations manager, which is basically the plant manager's position.
